Labor Weekend.

And Labor I did! I worked Thursday, was on call Saturday, worked Sunday, was on call Monday and ended up getting called in for a few hours. There were a couple of surgeries and they had a man freak out in the ER and bust up an entire room. He ended up busting out a window in the ER and started eating the glass. By far the weirdest thing I have ever experienced! Good money making though. There is nothing like having Holiday pay and callback pay!! So let me rewind.
Wednesday we played outside all evening. It was a beautiful day and we are trying to take advantage of the last of the summer before the snow comes.




Paxton has been hatching this Dinosaur egg. We have been learning about dinosaurs in school and he has really enjoyed it!!


Friday we spent the day as a family at the fair.

We got to see the 1100 pound pumpkin which was really amazing.

Paxton really loved looking at all of the farm animals and even petted some of them.



My favorite part was taking Paxton on his first Ferris wheel ride. It is a whole different ball game when you go with your child. I was really nervous being so high up in the air with him. I was praying the whole time that we didn't fall out. Maybe I am getting wimpy in my old age :)





Saturday we lounged around, did some shopping and some cleaning.
Sunday we took the boys to their first movie in a theater. We watched Marmaduke. Paxton loved every minute of it. We went to the 3 dollar theater which was nice because we got to splurge on treats!!

Monday I was stuck at work most of the morning, but we enjoyed some family time outside running the hills. Paxton loves going with us and chasing after us as we try to get some exercise :) This weekend was crazy and went by way too fast! Grampa Scott will be here in just a few short days. Paxton is exited to see him!

I also wanted to share my picture I took of Tylor and edited for my photography class. I am super pleased with the way it turned out. I think I am really going to love this class!!
